Summary

In response to the concern of children in South Australia lagging in early development, this project was conceived. It sought to furnish parents and caregivers with an accessible tool, aligning with the objectives outlined in the South Australian Government’s Early Learning Strategy (2021-2031).

Conclusion

The Early Years Application design was a crucial step in addressing the challenge of providing accessible information and tools for parents and caregivers in South Australia. Through extensive user research and refining a conceptual mobile application prototype, we informed and empowered parents, resulting in improved early childhood development outcomes.
